1. AID IMPELLER that boosts flow (Option)
The downside of HOMO MIXER is that when the viscosity is high, the flow weakens and a dead zone is readily generated. This phenomenon is structurally the same for all products of the Rotor & Stator type. When the flow becomes weak owing to such high viscosity, an aid impeller can reduce the dead zone by boosting the flow.
2. BUSH-TYPE with enhanced stability and tensile strength
The BUSH of the HOMO MIXER has been upgraded from TEFLON to a high-end ceramic BUSH
with a double structure. The performance of double CERAMIC BUSH in terms of chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance is much superior to that of traditional BUSH

The performance of MIXENMILL's HOMO MIXER does not change when scaled up to industrial equipment. An AC motor with high power and durability, a shaft that does not shake at all, and an impeller with a 0.2mm clearance between the rotor and the stator provides the finest premium product. Even under identical circumstances and at the same RPM, the dispersion power of impellers with bigger diameters and smaller clearances varies significantly.
